Constructing road base from virgin stone is unsustainable FACT. Actually it could also be unnecessary.
Based on extensive repetitive testing on a DYNATEST heavy vehicle simulator, Arcadis Holland using BISAR pavement design software were able to show that a RoadCem in-situ stabilised soil road base can outperform a traditional stone road base, by an unbelievable margin. Providing big saving in cost, carbon and build time.
